We custom print each order to spec and do not keep stock in any item, therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If you do have an issue with your order, please call the shop at 484.930.5957.
Upon checkout, you may choose ROCKHOUND PICKUP to waive shipping and retrieve your order from the RockHound Shop.
Orders placed with RockHound Pick-up will be held for ONE MONTH from the date of fulfilment.
Some webstores may have an additional pick-up location or person available.
PLEASE NOTE- if you order items from multiple stores in the same order, your order will be held until the last items are ready. This could delay your items in your order. If selecting a pick-up option, it is better to place multiple orders instead.
Please read all important information at the top of each webstore before placing your order, as we cannot accept changes to orders after they are placed!
